Soheil Sohrabi is a Risk Assessment Engineer at Cruise, where he works on risk quantification challenges in the development and testing of ADAS and ADS technologies. Prior to joining Cruise, he was a researcher at the University of California, Berkeley’s Institute of Transportation Studies and the Texas Transportation Institute. He holds a Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from Texas A&M University. He has published on the safety assessment of safety-critical systems, with a focus on risk quantification, performance evaluation, and data-driven methods.
