Shay is VP of business development and marketing at Cognata. He leads global GTM and partnerships for OneSim, DriveMatriX, SimCloud and DataLab, helping AV and ADAS teams scale simulation, synthetic data and validation. Shay works closely with customers and partners and supports programs across commercial and defense markets with a focus on off-road autonomy and perception.
