Sahith is a research engineer at Honda Research Institute, where he focuses on helping vehicles better understand how they see and interpret their surroundings. His work spans everything from BEV (Bird’s Eye View) perception using spatiotemporal neural networks to building scalable systems that monitor and analyze road infrastructure. Before this, he spent time at VSI Labs working on ADAS-focused perception challenges, including detecting lane marking anomalies to assess road infrastructure readiness for autonomous vehicles.
