Rinat has 15 years of experience in leading the change in innovation and strategy with a focus on embedded software and systems; expanding business/ product development with a tech-centric approach, fostering partnerships and standardization; enhancing operation within embedded software and systems engineering, ensuring peak team performance and product excellence. Since 2024 he has been vice president of software defined vehicle at Tata Technologies. Prior to that he was director of product, embedded systems and software at AEVA; director of embedded systems at Vector North America; and director of embedded systems at BMW Group.
